Lynda joined West Wales properties when the Fishguard branch opened in June 2008, and had previous experience in estate agency. Having lived in North Pembrokeshire all of her life, she has a good knowledge of the local area and the property market. A member of the NAEA, her role as valuer is to meet with potential clients to appraise their property, and to keep vendors updated on the marketing of their home, to negotiating a successful offer on their behalf.

Lakshmi works in our Cardigan office as a Valuer and Sales Negotiator. Having been involved with her family business from an early age, she has accumulated over 15 years of professional experience in varied industries, from implementing and supporting innovative technical products within the defence sector, to creating video productions and online content for multinational corporations in London and abroad. She brings her creative and dynamic approach to the company, ensuring that our clients’ needs are met with professionalism and transparency. Having lived in the area for the majority of the last 30 years, Lakshmi has extensive knowledge of the local area and is a passionate advocate for rural, country living.

Angharad graduated from Carmarthen School of Art with a degree in textile design, bringing her creative skills to the company ensuring that properties are marketed to the best of their ability.
