Having been founded over 30 years ago by Neil Evans, West Wales Properties has grown from strength to strength. Neil has always taken great pride in staff development and has supported his staff to achieve their very best potential. He is particularly focussed on his staff providing the best customer service to clients. Continuing with this belief, a new Management Team will come into effect on the 1 August 2023.
The Management Team will comprise of:
Melissa James – Director of West Wales Home Rentals. Melissa has been in the industry for 22 years and has steered the company through the many changes to the rental industry with ease and confidence. The Rentals Team will be further strengthened in August, when an extremely exciting announcement will be made.
Lynda Griffiths – Area Manager for North Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion. Born and residing in Fishguard, Lynda has over 18 years’ experience in the industry. She is predominately based in our Cardigan branch, which recently moved to a new location on the High Street, in Cardigan. We look forward to seeing how Lynda and the team develop further over the future months.
Megan Drysdale – Area Manager for South Pembrokeshire, New Homes and Finest. Megan has 11 years’ experience in the industry and has worked hard since joining the company, establishing our new homes division and creating excellent customer service relationships with our Finest Properties. Megan will be responsible for the management of our Tenby, Pembroke and Milford branches. She does so with a fresh approach and a focus on providing the area with the best possible service.
Emma Lovatt – Area Manager for Haverfordwest and Carmarthen. Emma has 11 years’ experience in the industry and will be working closely with our Haverfordwest and Carmarthen teams, supporting them to maintain their growing market share within their areas. Our Carmarthen and Haverfordwest branches are both situated in prime locations within their County Towns and we look forward to making future announcements on how we would like to support the communities of Carmarthen and Haverfordwest.
Martin Osborne – Director. Martin brings another 20 years’ experience to the Management Team. He and his wife Caroline, work in the Narberth area and are well known for their personal approach to business. Martin has great knowledge of the area and is a great support to the company.
Kerry-Anne Buckley – Development, Compliance & Marketing Manager. Kerry also has 11 years’ experience in the industry. Kerry works with every branch and manager to ensure the smooth running of the company. The training of staff in company procedure ensure that every vendor receives the best service. Kerry works closely with outside supporting companies to ensure the smooth running of the branches.
Linda Phillips – Head of Human Resources and Accounts. Linda has achieved over 23 years working with West Wales Properties. Working closely with Neil Evans, she ensures that the company remains as efficient and smooth running as possible. She is renowned for being meticulous in her role, allowing her to give exceptional support to our ten branches.
Our new Management Team brings a wealth of experience, amassing over 93 years’ experience between them. Each Area Manager is a fully qualified member of the NAEA / ARLA. We are confident that with this level of expertise, we can confidently deal with the challenging market ahead.
