Ceri made the change to the property industry in 2021 but brings a wealth of sales and customer service experience from her previous role as a recruitment consultant. Ceri has an infectious smile and upbeat personality which comes with a wealth of property knowledge. When Ceri isn’t working on her next renovation project, she enjoys making cakes and taking her dog to the beach.

Following a career in marketing, John joined West Wales Properties in 2007 and has had direct experience of all the roles within Estate Agency since joining the company. Currently he is the manager at our Llanelli and Ammanford branches. John speaks to clients regularly regarding the marketing of their properties and assists in the negotiation of sales and purchases. His priority is to support colleagues and provide exemplary service to new and existing clients. John is a graduate of Kent University and holds an MBA awarded by Heriot-Watt University.
