West Wales Properties was founded in 1992 with its first office opening in Haverfordwest, followed by the opening of further offices throughout West Wales in addition to its associated Mayfair Office in London.
The company has always been at the forefront of investment in its staff, offices and technology. The cloud based software allows staff to work from any location. It allows clients to access their own Property File 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The company has invested in the latest telephone technology giving flexibility to staff and clients, with direct dial numbers and call recording.
The company made a further substantial investment in a new user friendly website, which offers many features not seen before. The use of videos of properties and location films to assist buyers from across the UK and worldwide to view online the properties and the areas in which they are located.
