No – the market is stable throughout the year for buying and selling.
4. Is it better to instruct us on a Sole or Multi Agency basis?

Yes – a For Sale board not only identifies its location but acts as a 24 hour a day display for your property. It is also often the case that potential buyers may see the board if they are driving around a particular area.
6. What if the survey on the property we want to buy is bad?
It is very easy to panic when you first receive a report, but we will help you cost works by getting local trades people in. Then you can assess the cost which is often less than you think and possibly re-negotiate the sale price. A seller will often prefer this option than just losing you as a buyer.
