About Us

1. Will you charge me to value my house?
No - If you are thinking of putting your property on the market there will be no charge. However, if it is for probate, matrimonial or similar there would be a charge.

2. What is the market like?
Still very active providing the asking price reflects other similar recent property sales.

3. Is there a better time of year to sell?
No – the market is stable throughout the year for buying and selling.

4. Is it better to instruct us on a Sole or Multi Agency basis?
Most people instruct us as a Sole Agent as our fees are cheaper and as an established agent we are an agency who is well known and has a good reputation.

5. Should we have a For Sale board?
Yes – a For Sale board not only identifies its location but acts as a 24 hour a day display for your property. It is also often the case that potential buyers may see the board if they are driving around a particular area.

6. What if the survey on the property we want to buy is bad?
It is very easy to panic when you first receive a report, but we will help you cost works by getting local trades people in. Then you can assess the cost which is often less than you think and possibly re-negotiate the sale price. A seller will often prefer this option than just losing you as a buyer.
